Thank you for your interest in MCYJ! We are a nonprofit focused on legislative and policy reforms related to Michigan's juvenile justice system. Unfortunately, we are not set up to provide direct support to families and young people. We cannot:

• Handle child welfare matters related to custody or adoption.

• Investigate public corruption in child welfare or juvenile justice systems.

• Offer legal advice regarding specific cases or situations.

• Represent individuals in court as we are not a direct legal services organization.

However, we do try to identify relevant or helpful resources related to individual inquiries as our availability allows.
